In the event that a product is damaged, defective or different what you ordered, please email customer service at email@example.com and send a detailed photo with the order number within 7 days after you received a product. We will not accept a return if you contact us after 7 days or send the item back with no contact at all.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We bear the shipping cost incurred upon returns, and the shipping method will be chosen by our side.

Please note: We do not accept returns for customer reasons.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company to process.
Please be aware that in all cases you are responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country. If the you refuse to pay those taxes, the package will be back to us. We'll then refund you the amount of the order after having withdrawn the cost below;
・ 15% of the purchase amount as a restocking fee,
・ Shipping cost at the actual rate that we have been charged by the carrier
・ Shipping cost of the return of the package to us.
